Ahar is one of the important pillars (other 2 are sleep (nidra) and celibacy (brahmcharaya) for health. Making some changes in diet helps to bring about peace and harmony in one's life. This course will help to make one learn about choosing right food products, specific use of kitchen herbs, the proper amount in which it should be taken, about incompatible foods, right method of preparing the food.
